We cannot be held responsible for third party costs. Returns received past 30 calendar days from the date of receipt and/or not received in original condition may be denied to refund. Shipping charges, custom and special order furniture, polycarbonate are non-refundable. Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, and White Glove Delivery Service charges are not refundable. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom and special order furniture.
All items marked as “Sale” are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other items as they are sold in the good condition as is.
We want you to be overjoyed with your new purchase. You can initiate a return within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.
As soon as the returned product(s) are received back to our warehouse in original condition our team will issue your refund. Please note that You will be responsible for the return shipping costs (even if you use a return shipping label provided by us) in case the return is not defective or damaged. Items that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned. This means that products with any scratches, stains, damages, or modifications may be denied to be returned. Please note that Standard Shipping and White Glove Shipping charges from the original order are not able to be refunded once these services have been provided by the carrier.
Customized items, products marked as “Sale”, polycarbonate items and any part(s) orders are not able to be returned or refunded.
If you have taken possession and you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product with a 20% restocking fee of possession. No restocking fee applies for defective products returned.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted on the following:
- Special orders, defined as orders of products that are not normally stocked, or those that require upholstery or other custom, individual or non-standard finishes, are non-returnable.
- Personal products, including bedding, throws or other products that cannot be resold for health and sanitary reasons. This policy helps us maintain quality control and safety guidelines, and ensures that these personal products are in 100% original, pre-opened condition.
- Products involving assembly that are assembled are no longer considered to be in original condition and may not be returned under this policy.
- Products available at reduced prices are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged for product or credit.
We stand behind the quality of products we sell. We recommend our customers. We reserve the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time for reasons outside our policy.
- Inspect item upon delivery. If you need to store your items for an extended period of time, such as during construction or renovation, please be sure to inspect the product before moving them into storage. Customers who sign for delivery and do not notate “Damage upon delivery” assume responsibility if merchandise is damaged.
- If damage is noted, accept delivery and sign off with the carrier “damaged upon arrival”
- Any damage must be reported to us within two (2) days after delivery and WE WILL ALSO REQUIRE HIGH RESOLUTION IMAGES OF AFFECTED AREAS TO ADDRESS YOUR CONCERNS.
- ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED TO PROVIDE REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENTS ON LATE REPORTED DAMAGES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECEIVER
- Do not refuse undamaged items or parts, you are responsible for all redelivery costs, including but not limited to storage fees.
- Claims received in excess of two (2) calendar days beyond the delivery will not be accepted.
- The customer may be responsible for any labor and/or shipping of parts/(s).
- All items marked as “Sale” are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other items as they are sold in the condition as is.
Damage/Defect is defined as any significant imperfections that may impair the use of the furniture or product for which it was intended to.
Natural characteristics of a material used and or workmanship finish differences, design styles are not considered damage or a defect.
The following specific examples are not considered defect or damage:
- Natural wood will normally have wood grains and or “eye” marks which sometimes are evident on the wood.
- A bended metal will naturally will have a wrinkled mark on the bended area.
- Paint issue: painted steel and or varnished wood or laminates sometimes will have unavoidable mark or tiny portion of imperfections natural to its characteristic and workmanship. Such imperfections can be retouched by using paint and or paint markers.
- Local workmanship finish cannot be compared with other imported product finish.
- Natural cracking will appear over time as the wood expands and contracts throughout the year.
- We and our partners always pack our products carefully before delivering them to the customer. In some cases, small scratches could appear on the products surface and they are not considered as a wood defect.
- Due to the nature of wood, the compression marks could appear on the wood surface and are not considered as the wood defects.
- Furniture products will generally vary in color or texture. The appearance may vary in natural, stained or dyed wood surfaces; in painted wood or metal surfaces, particularly those applied by hand such as *antique* style finishes; and in furniture coverings which are often from different dye lots. Neither wood, leather, metal nor fabric products are suitable for outdoor use, unless expressly specified. Leather and fabric are subject to natural wear and may discolor, fade, tear, stain, stretch, wrinkle or shrink. Wood and metal may stain, scratch, chip or fade or darken.
- Each concrete product is unique. When removing pieces from their moulds, they may have minor pinholes or bubbles along with other voids or character markings. These are not considered manufacturing defects, more a reflection of the handmade process of the concrete product; rather aesthetic.
Warranty and Return is denied for any of the following conditions:
- Improper maintenance or improper use resulting in damage.
- Warranty does not cover minor color variations between the product image and your furniture.
- Normal wear and tear due to weather conditions at the customers location.
- Damages incurred during assembling or maintenance by the customers.
- We recommend our customers to check the size of the product(s) carefully before placing an order. This could result in refused or denied returns.
